He worked throughout The Plaza Hotel in New York City for three
years leaving as Night Chef in The Oyster Bar Restaurant.
His next position was Executive Chef
for Levana Restaurant in Manhattan
where he achieved his first "Excellent" rating by
Zagat's Guide to New York City Restaurants.
In addition to running the restaurant and its
five-hundred seat catering facility in Forest Hills,
He also appeared regularly on the Manhattan Cable television
program, "Schmoozing" as a guest chef.
Then it was on to New Jersey, where he was the chef at a steak
house in Englewood rated "Excellent" by the New York Times.
He obtained "Best Mexican Restaurant" by New Jersey Monthly, and
another "Excellent" rating by Zagat's
for Mexicali Blues Café, in Teaneck,
where he was the executive chef.
Before moving to Long Beach Island, at his last job in New York City,
he worked in Manhattan for Marriott Corporation
as a District Executive Chef for five years.
At a prestigious law firm, White & Case,
in their World Headquarters, a 42 story building in Midtown,
catering to their building population of 850

He was recruited to be on the
James Beard House culinary team for three years,

Culinary Institute of America.
Upon moving here, he was the executive chef for
a prominent Island restaurant where he created
an entirely new menu and gained a tremendous following.
